Absolutely beautiful! In order to listen at the sound of nature, I spent a few moments of readjusting my focus. This is something I'm practicing.
I saw and listened to the symphonic sounds of the piano tuning to the images of still and flowing, crystal water and the majestic trees. Some trees lied down in my presence while others stretched toward the sky. It was an invitation into pure presence of true nature
I really enjoyed this video! It is on the same theme provided by Thich Naht Hahn, a Buddhist monk who has since passed away. He invites you to bring a bell into your life and ring it (he calls it inviting the bell to sound) at small intervals (like every 15 minutes or half hour or hour for just a few minutes of duration of time) so you can practice being mindful and coming home to yourself.
So, this is what you offered me in this short, but very powerful and moving video. It was like I heard the bell of nature, to stop and come home to myself. Thank you, Whitney!
